  8. systems in their SNA networks.  Support LINK uses the LU6.2 protocol to allow
  9. programmers, help-desk technicians, and other support specialists in central
  10. locations to remotely log into distributed UNIX systems in full-screen mode.
  11. SupportLINK works with users' existing SNA networks.  It requires no extra
  12. equipment, connections, or mainframe software.  Users simply install "master"
  13. software on the UNIX systems at their support centers, and "slave" software on
  14. their remote UNIX systems.
